Duties: Innovative, compelling, multi-layered full time position at a well-established not-for-profit. Looking for a talented professional with strong listening and problem solving skills to work with a case load of TANF/200% eligible recipients where the focus is on job skills training leading to employment and retention. Home visits, field work and community team partnerships to include the customer are necessary.

Requirements: Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work or related field with a minimum 2 years working experience providing services and life skills to families and individuals.  Familiarity with Strengths Based Models of Service Delivery. Must have valid NYS driver's license, demonstrated computer skills, knowledge of job market, community resources and entitlement programs. Salary commensurate with experience.
