Duties:  Responsible for providing ongoing job development, job placement, follow up and retention services for participants of SCAP's Employment Services. Will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with employers in and around Schenectady County and Capital District to establish their employment needs and provide employers with qualified applicants. Assist with resume development, workshop facilitation and data entry. Must be hard working, creative, flexible, and energetic and thrive in a fast paced environment. 

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field and two years' experience working in career counseling or job placement. Strong communication and organizational skills absolutely necessary. Must also be able to handle a demanding and rewarding work load. Must have a valid New York State driver's license, computer literacy, and knowledge of the job market and community resources.
